Thanks to generous donors and annual club gifts, the Pacific
Northwest Kiwanis Foundation provides more than $15,000 US each year to
support youth and young adults in Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs
through district-wide awards, scholarships, and grants for leadership
activities.

Between 1987/88 and 2010/11, the Foundation has awarded 200 scholarships totalling
approximately $214,000.

Accepted into College or University

Five $1,000 scholarships available to Key
Club members accepted into college or university. One $1,000 matching scholarships
co-funded with the Kiwanis International Foundation.
Total Scholarships: $6,000 US.
Deadline: Must be received by February 1st

$1,500 scholarships available for CKI (Circle K) members continuing
their education in college or university. One $1,000 matching
scholarships co-funded with the Kiwanis International Foundation.
Total Scholarships: $7,000 US.

In addition to these scholarships, the Foundation typically
provides grants for youth leadership activities of Pacific Northwest Key
Club and Circle K. The Foundation
has also provided funds to support Aktion Club,
Builders Club, and K-Kids.
Total Annual Foundation
Support: $3,000 to 5,000 US.
